Academic Year 2022-2023

Fall Semester (1 October - 22 December, 2022)

DRAFT CLASS SCHEDULE


- Courses in English have a maximum number of 35 students, except for some courses which may have a lower or higher threshold. Students are invited to check the pages of the single courses to find out: 

a) the maximum number of students accepted in the course 

b) how to enroll  

c) the selection criteria in case the number of students enrolled is above the set threshold. 

- Unless otherwise specified, courses award seven ECTS credits

-In order to follow courses in English and to be able to obtain the extra 4 ECTS credits in Legal English (“Attività – Lingua giuridica”) which may be awarded with the final exam, students must have a B1-level language certification. Students who are not enrolled in an international program (i.e. Global Legal Studies, Law Technology and Society, Erasmus) will be required to submit the B1-level language certification to the teacher at the beginning of the course. These additional 4 ECTS in Legal English can be awarded only once - i.e., only for one course. 

NB: Seminars are offered on a PASS/FAIL basis ONLY; no letter or number grades will be assigned.
These seminars do NOT provide credits for Legal English.

All 7-credit courses also bear 4 additional credits in "Legal English" (Attività....Lingua giuridica), available to Roma Tre students and to all international students coming from Universities whose lingua franca is not English. If you intend to gain these additional credits, you must include the corollary 4-credits called "ATTIVITA' [...] (LINGUA GIURIDICA)" in your study plan and, additionally, reserve it at the end of the semester when registering for final exams. Students can earn such credits as a corollary for one course only, not for multiple courses.)
