MORGAN ELEANOR HARRIS is a research fellow at Roma Tre University, Department of Law. She earned her degree in Law (Hons.) at LUMSA University, Rome, followed by her doctorate in 2018, with research focusing on public participation rights in international environmental law. She also holds a master’s degree in Environmental law from La Sapienza University, Rome. Her research focuses on international and European environmental law, including climate change litigation, access to justice, and participation rights for vulnerable groups. She has published several articles related to climate change and access to justice, public participation rights, and the rights of environmental associations in Italy. She has previously taught International Law and Legal English courses at LUMSA and LUISS Universities in Rome, and is now teaching European Environmental Law at Roma Tre.
