Prof. Aggr. Francesco Fradeani

Professor Fradeani (born in June 6th, 1976, Italy) is senior researcher of civil procedure since October 31st 2022, and is enabled as associate professor of civil procedure since February 2nd 2022. He has achieved a PhD in Civil Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at Macerata University - School of Law (2008).
He has written over 100 articles, essays and notes on some of the main topics of civil procedure, international litigation and bankruptcy law. He has developed a specific knowledge on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Italy, Europe and Canada.
He is author of a book (monograph studies) concerning the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Italy, with specific reference to a comparative study between the Italian and European systems. Professor Fradeani has spent a lot of time working around the world: specially Europe and North America.
In particular, He has been Doctorant en visite at Panthéon-Assas University – International Law Department (Paris - 2006, 2007 e 2008), Honorary visiting fellow at Leicester University - School of Law (2009), Visiting fellow at Birmingham University - School of Law (2010), Visiting scholar at Queen Mary University - School of Law (London, 2011), Visiting fellow at München Ludwig Maximilian University – International Law Department (2012), and Guest researcher at Montréal University - School of Law .
