Elena Granaglia is Professor of Public Finance. Her research interests focus on the relationship between social justice and the distribution of resources. She also has served as consultant for the government on issues related to anti-poverty policy and income support. Her latest works include Extreme Inequalities in Contemporary Capitalism. Should we be Concerned about the Rich? Springer 2016 (with M. Franzini and M. Raitano), Il reddito di base, Ediesse, 2016 (with M. Bolzoni), Un Manifesto contro le disuguaglianze, Laterza, 2018 (with the group A.G.I.R.E). Her latest book is Uguaglianza di opportunità. Si ma quale?, Laterza, will be released in September. She is one of the founders of the Forum DisuguaglianzeDiversità (and currently, member of the Executive Board) and editor of the Menabò di Etica e Economia. Lately, she has been member of the Independent Commission on Sustainable Equality and is currently member of HLG on the Reform of Social Protection, European Commission.
